Therapy, while not inexpensive , often saves time and money when issues are dealt with as they arise, rather than later when they are more resistant to change
Insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company. I am not a party to this contract in most cases. However, carriers will often provide coverage for out of network providers. Please check with your insurance provider.
Professional services are rendered and charge to the patient and not to the insurance company. Please note that the fee might be higher than what your company will pay. It will be your responsibility to pay any difference. As a courtesy to my patients, I will file insurance claims for you. You will receive a statement each month if you have a balance due. I accept credit cards as usual payment type but can work out other arrangements if needed.
My fee is $220 per clinical hour (usually 50 minutes but during COVID sessions are 45 minutes to allow for cleaning between clients). Any monies collected from the insurance company over and above your bill will be refunded to the patient.
