Insurance Services
Therapy services, while not inexpensive, often save time and money when issues are addressed as they arise, rather than later when they become more resistant to change.
Insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company, and in most cases, I am not a party to this contract. However, many insurance carriers will provide coverage for out of network providers, so please check with your insurance provider for details.
Professional services are rendered and charged directly to the patient, not to the insurance company. Please note that the fee might be higher than what your company will reimburse. It will be your responsibility to pay any balance difference. As a courtesy to my patients, I will assist with filing insurance claims on your behalf. You will receive a statement each month if there is a balance due. I accept credit cards as the usual payment type, but I can work out other arrangements if needed.
My fee for therapy services is $220 per clinical hour. Any funds collected from the insurance company that exceed your bill will be refunded to you, the patient.
